Three proofs this is earned: founded and built easyframe.app end-to-end (AI recs, serverless video pipeline, real users); led a team of 5 at Evry Jewels to ~300% profitability growth through a custom WMS, messaging spine, and performance overhaul; and designed, built, and sold a physical DIY product — the PVC Cockpit — 1,000+ copies shipped in 4 languages, ~100k YouTube views, ~2M social reach. Plus 2nd in class / Top 100 overall at Next AI, Canada's largest AI accelerator.

How I work with AI (2026). Coding with AI is the baseline — every engineer does it. The real edge is orchestration. I run my own dev loop with multiple Claude Code agents in parallel (coordinated via Conductor), wired into Slack and my personal chat tools, with persistent memory so context survives across sessions. I think in agent anatomy — triggers (webhooks, cron, events), tool whitelists, observation loops, and escape hatches to a human when confidence drops. I track the frontier of AI tooling actively: the shift from autocomplete to agentic orchestration is happening now, and I'm building for it, not just using it. The 2026 bar is not "I use ChatGPT" — it's "I built an agent that does X, and here's how it's wired".
